Top Vatican official calls German bishops’ approval of morning after pill ‘exemplary’

I want to clarify something.  Earlier I pointed out that it could be morally licit to permit the use of drugs which prevent conception.

However, while Church teaching is pretty clear in theory that such a practice is licit, the pastoral application of the teaching is something that can and probably will be abused.

How is it scientifically possible to ensure that an abortion does not happen when taking these chemicals?

Is the Church really going to rely on a Pharmaceutical company to give us the answer?
