The Law Into Our Own Hands

Jay Currie launches 2 “human rights” complaints.  Here and here.

If these Commissions are not gutted, this tactic may be our last shot. And if the Star Chambers continue to dismiss these complaints….well…there’ll be ominous times in Canada.

What the Left doesn’t understand is that the law and justice is meant to keep the peace.  If justice is not being carried out and being SEEN to be carried out, our system of government – which is ultimately based on trust – begins to fall apart. The reason we have laws and the enforcement thereof is to discourage people from taking the laws into their own hands.  But if those laws are perverted by quasi-judicial bodies like the HRCs, just how long does the Left think this is going to continue without some serious reprecussions?

The Left seems to think that justice is a matter of charity to the Right when it is, in fact, a necessary condition for a functioning society.

  1. Thanks for the link.

It will be interesting to see how this develops. I fear the CHRC supporters see justice as being “just us”. A concept which, I suspect, it will take some time to correct.

  2. That’s the disturbing tendency of the Left. They hate so much they would rather see natural justice abandoned in order for their political agendas to be imposed. That’s how civil war starts.

  3. The HRC’s the thought police are imposing their politically correct relativistic agenda on all Canadian’s even when their agenda is proven empirically to be wrong. Their Darwinian Humanist logic doesn’t even resemble neutral scholarship.

It is very easy for me to prove this from my research papers with the thesis statements of these papers posted on this site many times before. Mr.Pacheco can bring them up and post them again if he will. This will save me the work of repeating the same facts over and over and over and over again.

  4. Good Luck to Jay,

I have filed several 13.1 complaints and they don’t arrive, they are too long, E Mail attachments (never mind double sided faxes) are not permitted or they are too vague LOL.

Clearly the CHRC needs to not only dump some of it’s staff and do some serious genuflecting but they really need to bring their policies and procedures (let alone the training of ‘investigators’ – love that term as reminds me of a junior G Man with a laptop) up to date with todays standards of communication.
