Greetings everyone,

As many of you know or should know, the Canadian Human Right Commission has received a complaint from a liberal feminist professor against FreeDominion.ca, the most popular conservative discussion board in the country. The complaint is lodged for so-called “hate speech” and centers around a flyer that has since been uploaded to the internet which is very critical of Islamic extremists. The flyer makes the distinction three times between normal Muslims and Islamic extremists. If you do view the flyer, please be aware that it is very graphic (it shows a decapitated Christian girl who was victim to Islamic extremists).

Whatever its contents, however, in no way does the flyer even come close to promoting hatred. It is controversial. It is politically incorrect. But it is not hatred.

Unfortunately, this misguided liberal professor is attempting to silence legitimate criticism and is targetting one of the most important websites in the country to do it.

This is very, very serious folks. VERY SERIOUS.

I am helping out the board owners on a couple of ventures in their defense. One of them is to set up a letter of support for Free Dominion against the complaint. It can be accessed here.

The details of the complaint can be found here.

Please take the time to 1) check out the website 2) sign the petition and 2) SPREAD THE WORD through your e-mail lists and facebook contacts and groups.

It is critical that we show support for free speech because if we do not, we will be heading into even darker times than any of us could have ever imagined.

“If freedom of speech is taken away then, dumb and silent, we may be lead like sheep to the slaughter.” (George Washington, 1732-1799, First President of the USA)
