  1. 1 Saint John 2:18 Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour.

LifeSiteNews passes with flying colors, but the so-called salt and light TV and Fr, Tom Rosica does not and they refuse to repent.

  2. The only thing I am in agreement with Fr. Rosica is that LSN is divisive but not in the same sense. LSN admits bias (towards life) in reporting and makes no apologies for it because this bias is based solidly on Church teachings. After all, how many offenses against God incur automatic excommunication? One of LSN’s main missions is to bring the truth about life to light. And any time the truth is brought to light, people will be forced to choose one of three options: accept it, reject it, or ignore it. And there are many forms of accepting or rejecting. As a result, causing division is a natural result of saying the truth.

Now I have a couple of questions for Fr. Rosica: If only one-tenth of what LSN uncovers is true and the remaining nine-tenth an exaggeration, then why haven’t we seen any rebuttal to that bit that is true? Can we say that bishops and priests who fail to discipline Catholic public figures who publicly and consistently flaunt their anti-life position are doing the work of Satan by deceiving the faithful as to what it means to be in communion with the Church? It seems to me that the seeds of division were sown by the inability of many bishops and priests to show and teach the faithful what it means to be true followers of Jesus Christ.
