Police Cut Off Participants from Marching

Just heard from a friend of the family that the cops prohibited the last 2000 people on the Hill from marching. Probably couldn’t handle the numbers. Too many people. In the future, there will be so many people on the Hill, it will overflow to the Streets. There won’t be any room to march.

  1. I stood on the corner of Elgin and Wellington until the entire March had gone by. I heard a woman say the same thing about there being too many people, but I couldn’t see if there were any people left stranded on the Hill or if the cops finally let everybody out.

If people were left stranded, then they’d better not give us some crappy crowd estimate like 8000 people. They can’t have it both ways.
