It seems when we were looking for the actual webpage on the Ottawa Library’s website for The Little Black Book this morning, it vanished!
It seems to have a very strange way of doing that. It also seemed to vanish from ol’ St. Stephen’s website too, once the public started to pay attention. Not sure why. I mean, shouldn’t they be proud of their products? The book did receive public funding, after all.
Yet, for some inexplicable reason, it is no longer there. We are not sure why. I am sure it is a technical glitch and it will be restored shortly. After all, we musn’t deprive our children of such wonderful educational resources that our tax payers are funding. Oh no.
But, just in case, y’all were wondering about what the page looks like, the missus and I had the foresight to save a copy of the page…just to make sure that there is not any kind of funny business going on at the Library. We wouldn’t expect those fine, upstanding citizens to think we were just making our complaint up.
Here is what is how the page was previously displayed on the Library’s website:
Make sure you look to the left under “Sex instruction for girls — Juvenile literature”
And notice, too, there’s plenty of them to go around – 6 copies – for all your family. Isn’t that special? Yes indeed.
