In an interview with CBC’s On the Go Tuesday, Archbishop Martin Currie said the church must uphold its teaching that marriage is between a man and a woman. But he added, “Hopefully we can find some accommodation where (same-sex) unions are accepted and respected and they can have a part in the church life.” (Source)
Wasn’t he the bishop on the social justice scam known as Development & Peace a few years ago? I think he was.
I will be asking some very pointed questions to Archbishop Prendergast in the near future of where he stands exactly on these matters, and then I will have to make a decision for my family where we end up.
SSPX? Orthodox? Raelian?
I have no idea, but I will not be under a bishop who espouses such things. I simply refuse. I’m thankful I don’t live in Currie’s diocese.
But I expect a retraction soon.
