  1. If a persons body is not the temple of God the Holy Spirit that person will remain as is. Exorcism only works when the one occupied submits to Christ. It has to do with volition. Sometimes it takes awhile to get past the occupier to the occupied. Many in our society and our families are here and we are to pray for them. In St.Matthew 12 Lord Jesus says, when an unclean spirit comes out of a person, it roams looking for rest but doesn’t find any. Then it says, I will go back to the house I came from. And when it arrives, it finds the house (or body) vacant, swept, and put in order. Then off it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and settle down there. As a result, that person’s last condition is worse than the first. That’s how it will also be with this evil generation.
