The Bishops of the Catholic Church really do need to get their collective heads out of the sand. The 70s are over but the lingering effects of being stoned have lingered on for decades among the Episcopacy. They think every “yes” man is full of good will and roses to the Church and to them, especially if these consultants are “professionals”. I’ve never known a group of men who are so gullible, both in whom they hire and what they go along with, as the bishops of the West.
There will be a sobering accounting of why our bishops have ceded their pastoral authority to these perverse National Conferences who are staffed with perverse men who push their perverse and seedy agendas.
We’ve had enough of “rubber stamping” bishops who go along with perversion after perversion because some dubious Church committee with no authority itself told them it was OK to go along with Sister Rainbow’s education equity initiatives. Sadly, we are not governed by a single bishop in the diocese where we live (as the Catholic Church teaches). We are governed by The National Church Committee who have suckered local bishops into giving up their legitimate roles. And the bishops have no one to blame but themselves for allowing it. The solution to this mess is not complicated either. They just need to grow a pair and figure out what being a father means.
We want fathers, not church bureaucrats.
And, to return to the subject of this post, remember what I said about the coming legalization of pedophilia.
Here’s a curious lacuna too: Funny how society demonizes the Catholic Church for the perverts in its ranks, all the while starting to accept the perversion itself in law. Does that make any sense?
